Our R&D department mainly ensures the quality of the product which is a very important factor when producing fasteners, scaffolding no matter if it is relating to the Automotive, Industrial, Fencing, or Nautical industries. Quality is of vital importance. Our Quality Assurance Department was set up by way of preventing mistakes or defeats in our own manufacturing process, and also to provide effective solutions if problems were to arise. GARG FASTENERS adopts the working practices "Fit for purpose", which signifies our components are suitable for the intended purpose and have been approved by our customers, and "Right first time", which means mistakes must be eliminated so only high-quality components are manufactured from the onset of production.

Laboratory

Within the R&D department is a testing laboratory, which we use to test all components, guaranteeing the quality of our product range. The testing laboratory is also used to run full analysis testing on our customers’ products, which involves the following:Torque, Pull out, Bend, Chemical analysis, Surface hardness, and Core hardness tests which gives us specific data to use, so to provide the best options for our customers.
